Introduction
We will irrigate the solar system in this project through automatic when
our land does not contain water; we will automatically irrigate water by
giving it water. Our automated system will prevent you from providing
water when there is enough water in the land.
 To design and implementation of automatic solar irrigation system.
 To Control a pump on the condition of soil moisture.

System Description:
Proposed irrigation system mainly consists of two modules
Solar pumping module.
Automatic irrigation module.
Automatic Solar Submersible Pump Control For Irrigation:
 
These systems work in the sunlight. When sun shines the water pumping
process is a sensible way of solar electric power utilization throughout the
summer, as the water necessity is the highest. These pumps provide a reliable
water source for plantation.
For any solar based pumping system, the capacity to drive water is a
function of three variable such as power, flow and pressure.

Basic Requirements:
A.Arduino
B.Moisture sensor
C.Solar Panel
D.Inverter & Controller Circuit.
E.12 Volt Battery
Arduino Nano
The Arduino Nano is a small, complete, and breadboard-friendly board
based on the ATmega328. It has 14 digital input/output pins (of which 6
can be used as PWM outputs), 6 analog inputs, a 16 MHz quartz crystal, a
USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header and a reset button.
•This is a simple water sensor ,can be used to detect soil
moisture .Module Output is high level when the soil
moisture deficit or output is low. Can be used in module
plant waterer device, and the plants in your garden no need
people to manage.
•Operating voltage:3.3V~5V
•Dual output mode,analog output more accurate
•With power indicator (red) and digital switching output
indicator (green)
•Having LM393 comparator chip, stable
Moisture Sensor
A photovoltaic (PV) module is a packaged, connect assembly of typically 6x10
photovoltaic solar cells. Photovoltaic modules constitute the photovoltaic array of
a photovoltaic system that generates and supplies solar electricity in commercial and
residential applications. Each module is rated by its DC output power under standard test
conditions (STC), and typically ranges from 100 to 365 Watts (W). The efficiency of a module
determines the area of a module given the same rated output – an 8% efficient 230 W module
will have twice the area of a 16% efficient 230 W module. There are a few commercially
available solar modules that exceed efficiency of 22%and reportedly also exceeding 24%.A
single solar module can produce only a limited amount of power; most installations contain
multiple modules. A photovoltaic system typically includes an array of photovoltaic modules,
an inverter, a battery pack for storage.
 The system have no feedback system so can’t monitoring to
remote place.
 Solar pumping is not suitable where the requirement is very
high.

 In the system it can be control & monitoring to remote place.

  • 3. Introduction We will irrigate the solar system in this project through automatic when our land does not contain water; we will automatically irrigate water by giving it water. Our automated system will prevent you from providing water when there is enough water in the land.

  • 8. System Description: Proposed irrigation system mainly consists of two modules Solar pumping module. Automatic irrigation module.
  • 9. Automatic Solar Submersible Pump Control For Irrigation:   These systems work in the sunlight. When sun shines the water pumping process is a sensible way of solar electric power utilization throughout the summer, as the water necessity is the highest. These pumps provide a reliable water source for plantation. For any solar based pumping system, the capacity to drive water is a function of three variable such as power, flow and pressure.

  • 12. Arduino Nano The Arduino Nano is a small, complete, and breadboard-friendly board based on the ATmega328. It has 14 digital input/output pins (of which 6 can be used as PWM outputs), 6 analog inputs, a 16 MHz quartz crystal, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header and a reset button.
  • 13. •This is a simple water sensor ,can be used to detect soil moisture .Module Output is high level when the soil moisture deficit or output is low. Can be used in module plant waterer device, and the plants in your garden no need people to manage. •Operating voltage:3.3V~5V •Dual output mode,analog output more accurate •With power indicator (red) and digital switching output indicator (green) •Having LM393 comparator chip, stable Moisture Sensor

The efficiency of a module determines the area of a module given the same rated output – an 8% efficient 230 W module will have twice the area of a 16% efficient 230 W module. There are a few commercially available solar modules that exceed efficiency of 22%and reportedly also exceeding 24%.A single solar module can produce only a limited amount of power; most installations contain multiple modules. A photovoltaic system typically includes an array of photovoltaic modules, an inverter, a battery pack for storage.
