and on line assessment combined
with feedback and post CDC
development planning
• Aim is to identify development needs
through the use of behavioural
assessment, cognitive ability testing
and business simulation tools
• Results can be presented in the form
of individual, team and organisational

• If real life performance data exists
then it can be used for succession
planning as well
