An organizational study was conducted at Alleppey Company Ltd in Allapuzha, India. The objectives were to study the roles of the HR department and how it impacts employee morale, understand the finance department's functioning, and analyze the company's strengths and weaknesses. Data was collected through interviews and observations. Key departments included HR, purchasing, IT, stores, maintenance, finance, production, samples, marketing, and security. A SWOT analysis identified strengths like goodwill and quality products, weaknesses like lack of recycling, and opportunities like availability of raw materials. Findings showed effective departments and communication between them. Suggestions included developing the local market and improving waste management.

hence difficult to clear some doubts.
