estate staff and workers.
 Conduct negotiations with unions for effective resolution of estate related issues.
 Implement Labour Welfare measures like Primary education, medical facilities, Labour
housing and Child care in line with the company policies and prevailing statutory
requirements.
Administration and Statutory Compliance
 Ensure maintenance of proper documentation for maintaining compliance with various statutory
requirements.
 Responsible for fleet management and maintenance of all mechanized equipment.

hectare Cardamom & 30 hectare Coffee.
 Taken up Replanting of tea & Coffee
