Responsibility :  To prepare MIS of production on daily basis & circulating same to concerned stakeholders.
 To create PR & PO to all transporters dealing with FG material dispatches.
 To ensure timely release of PO & circulating same to concerned vendor.
 To receive & post invoices of indirect material & as well transportation in SAP & passing same
to finance department for further payment processing.
 FG stock cross checking & helping in dispatch activities.

is one of the most reputed companies in the field of exporting different varieties of Tea across the world especially in
USA, UK, Russia, United Arb Emirates etc. The head office of company is based in UK, London. The company produces a
range of tea bags, loose teas and promotional pack tea including: black tea, green tea, flavored tea etc. The first UK
produced Ahmad Tea appeared in the market in 1986 while in UAE, Company started its Operation in 2012.

Department : Inventory planning & Ware House
Responsibility :  Planning & reconciliation of packing material & sharing same with HO & Purchase dept.
 Follow up to ensure timely supplies of consumable & packaging material without any delay.
 Design SOP for ware house functions as well setting KPI’s for individual team members.
 Ensure proper inspection of all containers & material with correct receiving & issuance.
 Coordination with Tea & Engineering dept., system hygiene & sharing aging report monthly.
 Weekly planning of outsourced labor as per plan & preparation of weekly shift rota.
 Proper training on safety, WMS, RF Guns, VNA, forklift, reach trucks and lift trucks.
 Reconciliation of received & issued material on monthly basis within ERP & WMS.
Environment : Almost all packaging material, raw tea & flavors are imported & company is having operation of
sorting raw tea as per blend mix fixed by Tea department, blending it & finally packaging as per

 Close coordination with central PBS/HO for CIG, new artwork, specifications & shade cards.
 Weekly review with suppliers to discuss concerns as well supplier performance mapping.
 Developing suppliers & business continuity plan across India to Baddi with best services.
 Sharing of MIS such as factory & TPO stocks, vehicles report, con-call report on daily basis to

Worked for Lipi Data System Ltd., Himachal Pradesh, India
Description of the project
LIPI Data system Ltd- introduced Automated teller machine (ATMs) & printers. These include the full function ATM,
Cash Dispenser and the Bi-Directional ATM. Cash dispenser is at lower segment of chest assembly whereas top of the line
product has feature such as envelope depositor and also offering utility bill payment through BAR code reader. The
company is having its operating units in 108 cities in India and its head office is at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Department : Purchase & Stores
Responsibility :  Purchasing of raw material, general items, stationary etc. from local market.
 To create PO & sharing same with suppliers for timely delivery of material.
 Co-ordination between HO for approval of PO as well raw material connectivity.
