1. Letter of Recommendation: Simone Sichi
To whom it may concern,
Simone Sichi worked for Hallenstein Brothers from May 2016 – October 2016, employed originally as a
Stockroom Manager, looking after over 14’000 units of stock. During his time in this role, he showed a strong
eye for detail and organisation, a committed work ethic and passion for team work and sales. Early into his role
as the Stockroom manager, it was obvious to Simone’s manager and I that his potential was massive. Within a
month he was promoted to role of Tailored Consultant and Key Holder.
This role was multi-faceted. It included Simone running the Tailored Department of our Queen Street branch.
This department contributed 50% of the stores total sales and is a crucial component of the stores success. In
this role he was required to drive and grow the sales in this area, train and develop staff around product
knowledge and merchandising and manage stock levels and store presentation.
During his time in this role, Simone demonstrated excellence in sales and customer service. He was
consecutively the top sales person in the country for a period of 2 months. This is across 43 stores and over
300 employees averaging $12 - $18k in personal sales each week. He achieved his personal target and KPIs
over this period and was an asset to our sales team. Further to his sales skills, Simone communicated and
worked well with managers, team and head office staff. He was a crucial tool in communicating product and
trend opportunities from store level and worked closely with the Tailored Department Product Buyer via email
and instore visits.
As mentioned, Simone was an asset to our team; we were very sorry to lose him and would have him back in a
heartbeat. He will be an invaluable contribution to any employer and we wish him all the very best in his
future endeavours.
