My name is Jeff Chiarella and I have known Armen Patrikian for over 20 years. He
had worked for me as a Post-Production Manager at Impress Communications,
when I was the Production Manager. In that position, which I have held for over
2o years, I supervised a staff of over sixty employees. In all my years of
experience, some people stand out for their great qualities and Armen is one of
those people. He is well known for his work ethic, positive attitude, teamwork
mentality and leadership. He is well respected throughout the organization for his
ability to manage the Post-Production of a both a traditional bindery and a
complete packaging department. Throughout the time I've known him, he has

potential. During his time at Impress Communications, he played a key role in
creating a Die-Cutting, Folding & Glueing department. In summation, due to his
