The Black Power Movement took place during the 1950 s into the early 60 s. The point of the
movement was to achieve civil rights for African Americans. Martin Luther King was a major
influence during the early stages of the movement. Many people turned to the Black Panthers, founded
by Huey P. Newton and Bobby Seale, because they felt that nonviolence was not the answer to

social inequalities of blacks, because today many blacks are still treated socially and economically

feminine gender assume some roles of the masculine gender. But overall, the masculine effect is still

1.0 INTRODUCTION
Conservation of heritage building in Malaysia started in 1970s where the first building to be preserved
is the Central Market building In Kuala Lumpur (Harun,2011). In 1988 Malaysia have become
member of UNESCO`s Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural
Heritage. Since then more and more building have been conserved and restored with the references
and guidance of international charters. National Museum, 1992, heritage building inventory study
estimated approximately 35,000 buildings before war should be conserved in 265 cities survey,
(Zuraidi, 2011). Undoubtedly these building are important in determine the historical past of the
national but given the age of the building at present, this structure will not be standing for too long
unless proper maintenances work and identification of historical building may contributed to decaying
of building thus resulting to decrement in the number of historical building
Material play important role in heritage building conservation project. Original material is unique, it
defined the building character. More importantly, most durable component will need to be repair and it
need to be done using the authentic material and techniques. The selection of right material and
techniques is essential otherwise it will contribute to defect.

My Experience In Football
Football has been a major part of my life for seven years now, it has also taught me many important
life lessons never give up in difficult times, always work as a team and never put yourself first. During
my years of playing, I ve gotten injured multiple times and I came back stronger but this time it ll be
harder.
On the third play of defense I shot off the line and barely slipped by the offensive tackle who aimed to
take out my legs. I bolted down the line pursuing the ball carrier in a mass of offenders and I was
getting ready to tackle the running back. I had planted my foot to help tackle the running back and all
of a sudden the bottom part of my left leg crunched. I tried to get off the ground but it was difficult. I
kept trying to stand up, but my leg wouldn t let me, it kept knocking me off of my feet. I eventually
got up on my right leg and started hopping to the side line. The whole time I was screaming at the
coaches to get me a substitute and I was cursing as well. I was about halfway to the sideline before I
started crying, but I wasn t crying because it hurt, I was crying because this was my year to do the best
that I ever had in football, my senior year. I got to the sideline and the coaches guided me to the bench
and sat me down. The trainer Mike, Rachel, and one of the coaches kept telling me everything will be
okay. I couldn t even listen to them. They were just distant voices when they were talking, it just made
me aggravated. I knew it wasn t okay.
