 Performed daily monitoring and troubleshooting of DHL’s in house Readiness Report Monitoring
System for the entire sort facility.
 Performed daily pre-sort system checks to ensure system availability and readiness.
 Configured and maintained Zebra and Intermec barcode printers and barcode hand scanners

 Performed software installations, patching, account administration, script development, routine
maintenance, and server hardware and software support for entire CVGfacility.
