This document introduces a beta group for exploring alternative business models to traditional one-on-one therapy sessions. It discusses moving to a multiple streams of therapy income model through creating products and services that can be sold repeatedly to leverage therapists' time and content. This model aims to limit one-on-one time while allowing customers to choose their level of investment. Key differences from an in-person practice noted are the ability to reach more people through the internet, the increased importance of niche focus, and ensuring the problems of the niche are willing to pay for solutions.
