Assessment Center, a private
enterprise, provides technical and
corporate development trainings.
Senior Expert Mr Erich Peters
supported the client in training the
trainers in technical subjects
(hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps and
gearboxes). As a result, training
modules for basic and advanced levels
were developed for pneumatics,
allowing the trainers to conduct state-
of-the-art professional training in the
future.

Wilhelm Boemer were requested to
support Artisan Bakery in the areas of
production, sales and marketing.
Artisan Bakery is a private enterprise
with five employees and is about to
open an additional store. The local staff
were trained in preparing and storing
bakery products as well as in freezing
techniques and efficiency.
Furthermore, a full menu for the new
shop was created, responding to the
estimated demand of walk-in
customers in a busy area.

requested to support a small security
service provider in Richards Bay in
drawing up a marketing plan and new
strategic approach. As a result of the 4
week assignment Mr. Hofmeister has
developed together with the team
comprehensive solutions to the
problems he has found. Furthermore
he has
established a contact to a German
smart home and alarm system provider
that the security service now can
cooperate with.

In 2017 Senior Expert Astrid
Kaiser was asked to support
Motheo Day- Care and Pre-
School in Pretoria in order to
qualify local staff in new teaching
methods. Most of the teachers
have not finished their studies yet
and asked for advise from an
experienced Expert. Mrs. Kaiser
has offered different workshops on
early education , teaching methods
and group activities like story
telling which the staff have hugely
benefitted of.

Senior Expert Ms Wera Thurner was
requested to review the process of
lined jackets production at Femina
Garments company in Zimbabwe. The
medium-sized private company
produces women´s fashion and
corporate wear, with about 120
employees. By the end of the
assignment, the workflow was
redesigned, saving 25% of working
time from then on, and local staff were
trained in basic technical issues and
work techniques.

Hotel Nest in Namibia employs around
50 people to run the 50 room hotel. In
2012, the Penguin Restaurant was
additionally opened-up to serve the
guests. Senior Expert Mr Helmut Liu
was invited to conduct a follow-up
assignment, dealing with the
optimization of operating procedures at
the restaurant and with training of the
local staff. A menu complying with
international standards was elaborated
and the kitchen staff were trained in
hygiene standards (HACCP).

Artisan Bakery is a private enterprise with five employees and is about to open an additional store. The medium-sized private company produces women´s fashion and corporate wear, with about 120 employees.   • 18. SES Presentation South Africa Hotel Nest in Namibia employs around 50 people to run the 50 room hotel. In 2012, the Penguin Restaurant was additionally opened-up to serve the guests. Senior Expert Mr Helmut Liu was invited to conduct a follow-up assignment, dealing with the optimization of operating procedures at the restaurant and with training of the local staff.
