2. As an integral part of the Far Northern
Vocation Education Training Industry, I Want
That Course (IWTC) already makes
considerable contributions to address the
demand of local education and training.
IWTC is dedicated to further assisting the
growth of this region by providing more
services that help individuals and businesses
identify their particular training needs and
provide them with tailored solutions. As a co-
provider for nationally recognised courses and
selected training organisations, IWTC aids in
the intermediation of courses, students and
RTOs.

• We are a key facilitator between education organisations and
individuals looking to upskill and further their career pathways.
• Our students receive quality training from Queensland’s leading
education providers including TAFE Queensland North.
• Our professionally trained Course Advisors help individuals choose
the right path, mentoring and assisting every student to select the
course and education provider that best suits their needs.
• Our team of experienced professionals has been built up over the
last 10 years and brings expertise from a wide range of industries.
• The team’s professionalism is complemented by their dedication to
support every student to take that very important next step
towards changing their life.

4. W h e re a re w e ?
I Want That Course Pty Ltd head office is located
at Cairns Square, Corner of Shield and Abbott St,
in Cairns plus we have a Brisbane office located at
11 Eagle Street Brisbane QLD.
We currently employ 50 full time staff members
All our operations are based entirely in Cairns.
W h a t d o e s I W T C d o ?
Our staff are trained to identify each student’s career
aspirations and assist in finding a training or education
solution that best suits their individual needs.
Once a course is selected, the Course Advisor then
walks each student through every step of the
enrolment process, providing additional information if
needed. The Course Advisor also assigns a free IWTC
support officer to ensure the student is assisted and
supported throughout the entirety of their training to
encourage success rates.
Our in-house computerised web-based support system
tracks the progress of every student to ensure they are
supported and mentored when and where required.

• Support to complete the enrolment process and to get all the paperwork together to
get started with your studies. Our team of dedicated mentors support students, and
help them engage with their training, which in turn leads to increased completion rates
and increased numbers of skilled employees in the FNQ region. IWTC has a post
enrolment journey plan, which reinforces to students the great reasons why they
enrolled and reiterates their goals and outcomes.
