a communication problem.

Mentoring
Mentoring is most often defined as a professional relationship in which
an experienced person (the mentor) supports and encourages people to
develop specific skills and knowledge that will maximise their
business potential and improve their performance. In short, it is the
transfer of knowledge, skills and experience.
FFF Ltd plan to deliver mentor training at work for businesses who have
identified specific in-house needs. This will maximise efficiency whilst
developing skills within your business.
Mentoring Funding is secured by a one
off Arrangement Fee.
Professional Pathways
Professional Pathways provides a supported route for operators within
the sector to identify & achieve higher level qualifications (level 3 and
above diplomas etc).
FFF will help beneficiaries compile their evidence towards these higher
level qualifications using certificates already achieved & drawing from
ongoing work activities.
This creates a balance between academic skills & work-readiness skills.
Professional Pathways Funding is
secured by a one off Management Fee.
Innovative Training Solutions
Innovative Training Solutions identifies gaps in the current training available
and works with industry experts to create training courses & materials to fill
these gaps.
FFF plan to prepare and deliver high quality & current training content that is
directly relevant to the workplace and respected by employers.

  • #5 POINTS Simple system We have a list of job descriptions that match the Trees and Timber (could be more) Split is employer or self-employed – different before Landowners and community woodland owners – NO business will register slightly differently – please ask ICG decision wales based only. This could change in the future
  • #6 POINTS Simple system Self-employed need to register themselves ANNUAL – different from last project Registration only complete once payment received Each business will have an ID
  • #7 POINTS Concentrating on registration and skills development in this presentation FFF staff here to help you What you ask and information we find will be shared online to help everyone. • #10 POINTS This is what the sector is most interested in Training will be available to meet the needs – there is no blanket restriction A Lot of money so keeping intervention rate as before. After registration FFF will go into detail of how to complete the Training Needs Not covering this today It is a simple form – do not panic – FFF staff will help and we will do workshops/surgeries There will be guidance online to complete as well There will be an agreement between FFF and beneficiary of what is being supported.
  • #11 POINTS This is just a Type of Training More specific to need of a particular business Transfer of experience and coal face ability. (NOT HEAD KNOWLEDGE) Costs completely covered – only pay a fee to make the initial arrangements for mentoring
  • #12 POINTS Aim Raising qualification levels beyond 2 and 3 Raising knowledge and acknowledging that. Restricted to current qualifications FFF will help beneficiaries identify the skills they already hold and work needed to achieve the qualification. Lots of opportunities here. BUT can’t put you through Higher education course. Still based at work. All delivery costs are covered -Only pay and management fee for FFF to register and provide management input needed
