The purpose of this meeting is to provide information about
service changes that will be effective on Monday,
September 5, 2016.

When it is your turn to make a comment or ask a question,
please remain at your seat and we will call on you
Ask one question at a time so the appropriate COTA staff

LINE NUMBER CHANGE: NIGHT OWL
Like the CBUS and AirConnect, the Night Owl will be
listed by its name without a number.
The number “21” will no longer be associated with the
Night Owl. The number will instead be used for the new
line 21 Hilliard-Rome.

Hilliard, Tuttle Mall, Hollywood
Casino and Carriage Place
Shopping Center
• Provide new connections to
existing COTA service

81 will be rerouted to Cleveland

temporarily relocated

Goal: Due to construction of new customer amenities and bus terminal
expansion at the Easton Transit Center, line 38 & line 40 will be
temporarily rerouted in Easton area
All current stops will continue to be served, minor time adjustments made
in schedule
Temporary Reroute:
Buses traveling south on Stelzer Rd. from Sunbury Rd. will travel:
- East and south on Transit Dr.
- West on Morse Rd.
- North on Stelzer Rd.
- East into Easton Transit Center
