ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS FOR AFFECTED CUSTOMERS
More people in central Ohio will have better service and more access to
COTA’s system when the TSR has been completed. However, in order to
make these changes, some existing service will be modified, combined
with other service, or, in rare cases, eliminated.
COTA is committed to helping our current customers to find the
transportation solution that work best for them:
• MORPC RideSolutions provides a variety of services for commuters
traveling to and from work, including vanpools and carpools
• (888) 742-RIDE (7433) or www.morpc.org/ridesolutions
• HandsOn Central Ohio connects people with specialists to help find the
transportation source that best fits your needs
• (614) 221-2255 or www.211centralohio.org
• COTA Mainstream is a service for individuals whose limited mobility
prevents them from using fixed-route service
