COTA is making several service changes effective May 7, 2018. This includes expanding weekday evening service for the CBUS line until 10PM, adding seasonal Zoo Bus service from May to September, and adjusting schedules and routes to accommodate ongoing construction projects. COTA will also be launching mobile ticketing and smartcards in the summer, conducting an onboard customer survey through April, and opening two new park and ride facilities.

2018 ON-BOARD SURVEY
Goal: Collect up-to-date information about our customers,
demographics and travel pattern behavior
• Pilot survey will be conducted through April 20
• Final survey will be conducted in fall 2018
• Look for onboard surveyors with tablets to conduct an
approximately five-minute survey
• Responses will be confidential and used only for analysis
purposes
• The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC)
will also use survey data to model transportation trends in
the region
• Required by Federal Transit Administration (FTA) at least
every five years

the C-Pass
