The document summarizes proposed service changes by COTA that will take effect on May 7, 2018. It discusses goals like improving on-time performance by adjusting scheduled stop times and providing direct service to the Columbus Zoo. Specific proposed changes include adjusting schedules for frequent routes and construction-related detours due to projects in the Short North. COTA will also be conducting an on-board survey, launching mobile ticketing, renovating the Easton Transit Center, and opening new park and rides in Canal Winchester and Northern Lights. Public comment meetings were held on January 18 and 25 to gather feedback on the proposed May 2018 changes.
