This document summarizes a study on the role of the NRSF protein in ovarian cancer cell proliferation via the Hippo signaling pathway. The study found that knocking down NRSF inhibits cell proliferation in ovarian cancer cell lines and tissues by activating the Hippo pathway. Methods used in the study included PCR quantification, western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry to evaluate NRSF expression and explore the mechanism of NRSF involvement in cell proliferation. Results are presented in figures that show NRSF expression is upregulated in ovarian cancer. The conclusions determined that NRSF can activate the Hippo pathway to enhance ovarian cancer cell proliferation, and inhibiting the Hippo pathway may be an effective treatment method for ovarian cancer.
