In Chapter Three, The Warren Harding Error, Gladwell focuses on what he calls the dark side of thin
slicing the way that our unconscious minds tend toward Gladwell by arguing why our minds

On the 15/03/16 our year 12 agriculture and horticulture class went on a trip to a local dairy goat farm.
This is a 40 hectare farm on sandy loam soil which houses 1100 goats, all goats are kept in door and
all food is made on site and bought to them along with their water. Only about 700 goats are being
milked. These goats are milked on a rotary milk parlour, which is one of two in the country. There
were 3 full time staff working and the manager. We asked the manager many questions to assist us

Freedom is a birthright for all humans, we should always feel accepted to speak our minds and
be who we are. In his short story, The Strangers that Came to Town , Ambrose Flack is
showing that true freedom is about being accepted. He shows this through the characterization
of Mrs. Duvitch, Mr. Duvitch and Andy.
Mrs. Duvitch s quiet and reserved nature made her the ideal victim of rumors. The less people knew
about her the more room left for their imaginations. For example she is said to be the victim of an
obscure skin disease and that every morning she shook scales out of the bed sheet (3). The rumors
began to cease after her dinner party with Andy s family where her true nature began to be revealed.
Following the dinner party, Andy s mother invites her to a tea party
Where her delicate manners, and the fine needlework which engaged her, won the approval of the

When I came out to my mother, I did it by accident. Drowsy and slipping through striped yellow

Doctor Dian Fossey was an American primatologist who chose to dedicate two decades of her life
studying the mountain gorillas of the Virunga Mountains in East Africa. She chose to report her study

Production Assistant Job Analysis
I had worked as a production assistant before during the summer, however I had never worked in
fabrication for pre production. For my work as a production assistant on set for the senior thesis film,
Duet, directed by Lucas Bugbee and produced by Daniel Debach. My first job on set was helping set
up furniture and tables out in the backyard for crew stations such as craft services, camera, and
makeup. One we began setting up lights in the house we were filming, I assisted in laying down ram
board for the grip and electric so that they could place lights down without damaging the old floors.
Another job we had was making sure people outside the house were quiet since we were rolling

The Citizen Soldier, By Stephen Ambrose Essay
Not every man who s fought in a war planned on doing so. In fact, not all of them even want to. It s
rare to find enough people voluntarily willing to lay down their lives for their country, so more often
than not militaries used what we would call citizen soldiers. Citizen soldiers are exactly what they
sound like, regular citizens taken from society and turned into people capable of serving in the
military. Although it may seem obvious when plainly written out, citizen soldiers had vastly different
experiences compared to career soldiers, and Stephen Ambrose attempted to pin down that specific
experience in his book Citizen Soldier. Ambrose uses oral interviews from World War II veterans and
other materials to explain the experiences of the common American soldier who served in WWII
between D Day and the eventual surrender of the German forces. However, when examining his book,
it s important to ask how successful Ambrose was in painting an accurate picture of this kind of
soldier s life during his service. Is the information he uses specific to the men who served in Europe,
or can it also be linked back to the soldiers in the Pacific? This paper will evaluate his work by
comparing it to oral interviews from WWII veterans both from the same areas that Ambrose s veterans
