EV TOU – Separate meter socket installed by customer’s electrician
 for Utility installs vehicle TOU meter at no cost



EV TOU2 – Single meter for the whole house is replaced by utility (no
 cost). Entire home’s use becomes TOU.


EV TOU3 – Dual Meter Adapter (DMA) placed on existing socket by
 utility to hold two meters. One meter is house on residential rate, one
 is vehicle TOU. No cost for meters. $9.32/month fee DMA
TOU Rates - Cost by Time period

• Summer
Super Off Peak – 12 (midnight) - 5 AM - ~14 cents/Kilowatt hour (kWh)
On Peak - 12 (noon) – 6 PM - ~27 cents/kWh
Off Peak – all other times - ~16 cents/kWh
          2 to 1 cost - summer afternoon charging : 2 AM charging

• Winter
Super Off Peak – 12 (midnight) - 5 AM - ~14 cents/kWh
On Peak - 12 (noon) – 6 PM - ~17 cents/kWh
