My diagnosis for Eleanor is pelvic floor dysfunction. The symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction are
constipation, frequent urination, pain during urination, and lower back pain. Pelvic floor
dysfunction is common in women. (Faubion et al., 2012). It may be caused by aging and
childbirth. (Wang et al., 2012). Eleanor is an 88 year old woman. She is also a mother of two,
which means that she has given birth at least once. These factors may have contributed to her
condition. Eleanor has difficulties with constipation. She also has an increased urge to urinate and
has minor problems in controlling her urinary process. She experiences pain when she urinates.
Whenever she coughs, or carries anything, she cannot help but wet herself. She urinates as often as

the characters are affected by the conflict, however, this ties into the effect that the conflict had on

How are you? The following is my weekly update and some final thoughts about the co op at
MRC Medical Communications. I was asked to design a poster for a barbecue that the Church
of the Assumption is holding in September. I have attached my design below. Since Susan has

Before I began at MRC Medical Communications, both Eileen Quaglino and I tried to get Susan
to say whether the co op was paid or not. Susan Rector did not return my emails or Eileen s calls.
Just as a footnote to this subject, I have since done some research and have learned that unpaid
interns in a for profit environment need to have an agreement in the beginning before the co op
begins, as to the conditions and obligations on both parts. Also regarding the start date, she was
very last minute and not very communicative. I had to track her down for the start date.

Pigging is a critical activity in the commissioning and operation of a pipeline; oil, gas, water or
otherwise. For flow assurance the pipeline needs to be cleared of debris and checked for defects,
tasks pigs were designed for. The pig needs a method of entering and exiting the pipeline, so a
mobile or fixed launcher and receiver are utilised depending on the exact requirements.
Pig Launching and Receiving Basics
A pig launcher and receiver, also known as a pig trap, are equipment designed to pump in the pig
through the pipeline system and to retrieve the pig at the end of the operation. They can be mobile
(pigging of construction section) or fixed in the pipeline system. The location of the launcher is
located at the upstream end of the pipeline system, near the pump or compressor, while the receiver
is at the end of the system.
The launcher can be installed in a horizontal, vertical or inclined position. Most are installed
horizontally to ease the operation and it is therefore the most preferable. However, due to space

Charismatic movement, or neo Pentecostalism, was born in 1960 when Episcopal priest Dennis

the Charismatic movement, it must be noted that many other Pentecostals and even mainline

In the film Blood Diamond, the director Edward Zwick uses the opening and closing scenes to
