MAIN TASKS:
1. Review and process Purchase Orders received from internal departments and ensures all necessary
approvals are provided.
2. Source for suppliers/vendors to fulfill the Purchase Requests of the departments and obtain most
reasonable price and specification quotation for the items requested.
3. Monitors document routing within the internal departments to facilitate the purchase of t he items
requested.
4. Coordinates with the suppliers/vendors to ensure that the specifications required in the orders are

5. Determines item delivery date and prepares necessary paperwork for warehouse delivery.

1. Receiving Purchasing Requisitions (spare parts – packing material) from the warehousing &
planning dept. according to the sales demand.
2. Monthly analyzing market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future raw material
availability to manage purchasing orders/demands.
3. Gather the price quotations and make sure that the purchasing requisitions are converted to
purchase orders on time.
4. Compares prices, specifications, delivery dates, and awards contract to supplier with best bid.
5. Review and approve the purchase orders after accepting the purchasing conditions.
6. Follow up the goods delivery and clearance through the store/warehouse and quality control.
7. Validates the External and Internal PO's.
8. Follows-up the payment process to the suppliers (Credit, Cash, and Check).

reimbursable dollar value, and which contains the purchase date, dollar amount, and name of the
supplier. If there is no receipt, have the applicant complete the missing receipt form, which requires
an approval signature from the applicant's supervisor.
3. Enter the date, expense description, and dollar amount on the Received of Petty Cash voucher, sign
it in the "Approved By" field, and have the applicant sign it in the "Received By" field.
4. Pay the requested petty cash to the applicant.
5. Staple either the receipt or the missing receipt form to the back of the Received of Petty Cash
voucher and file it.
