Business Development Successes
Last year we developed a sales incentive program for our Business Development Associates that was
unique in that it did not reward based on volume. It did not reward based on dollar of sales captured
over a given amount of time. It does not reward based on a percentage of growth. What it does do is
reward based on the process. We believe that everything is process and if we focus on the process, the
end result will improve. This program rewards based on the number purchase orders on first time
orders and/or recaptures of lost business per quarter. That's it! All orders are important. All customers
are critical. All purchase orders, no matter how big or small, are now part of our family.
The purchase orders for the first quarter have been totaled and the first time winners of this new
incentive program are on the following pages. Congratulation folks. HEXPOL Nation is proud of you.

First place winner is Karin Kingstad. Karin registered 18 purchase
orders for new business or recovered from lost business.

Second place winner is Ben Nosse. Ben was a close second at 16 new or recovered purchase orders.
Keep pushing Ben, first place is just around the corner.

Third place winner is Mary Beth Bansky. Mary Beth had 13 purchase
orders. Way to go Mary Beth!

Fourth place winner is Anita Toflinski. Anita scored 10 purchased orders
during the quarter. Good going Anita.

Fifth place winners ended in a three way tie. Russ Shorter, Tony Brimm,
and Pam Hensley. These three each had 7 purchase orders and tied.
A very nice performance.

Sales Successes

  • 1. Photo Business Development Successes Last year we developed a sales incentive program for our Business Development Associates that was unique in that it did not reward based on volume. It did not reward based on dollar of sales captured over a given amount of time. It does not reward based on a percentage of growth. What it does do is reward based on the process. We believe that everything is process and if we focus on the process, the end result will improve. This program rewards based on the number purchase orders on first time orders and/or recaptures of lost business per quarter. That's it! All orders are important. All customers are critical. All purchase orders, no matter how big or small, are now part of our family. The purchase orders for the first quarter have been totaled and the first time winners of this new incentive program are on the following pages. Congratulation folks. HEXPOL Nation is proud of you.
  • 2. Photo First place winner is Karin Kingstad. Karin registered 18 purchase orders for new business or recovered from lost business.
  • 3. Photo Second place winner is Ben Nosse. Ben was a close second at 16 new or recovered purchase orders. Keep pushing Ben, first place is just around the corner.
  • 4. Photo Third place winner is Mary Beth Bansky. Mary Beth had 13 purchase orders. Way to go Mary Beth!
  • 5. Photo Fourth place winner is Anita Toflinski. Anita scored 10 purchased orders during the quarter. Good going Anita.
  • 6. Photo Fifth place winners ended in a three way tie. Russ Shorter, Tony Brimm, and Pam Hensley. These three each had 7 purchase orders and tied. A very nice performance.
