Obed Hernandez has been promoted to Continuous Improvement and Cost Optimization Manager at the Queretaro Plant, reporting to Quality Management. Obed has over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry and has worked at Hexpol since 2014 as Quality Manager. He enjoys the work environment and learning opportunities at Hexpol as well as spending time with his family. Congratulations were expressed to Obed for his new role.

We are pleased to announce the internal movement of Obed Hernández Olivares, who, as of today, will
perform as Continuous Improvement and Cost Optimization Manager in Queretaro Plant, reporting to the
Quality Management. Obed is an Industrial and Systems Engineer. He has more than 15 years of professional
experience in the automotive industry, mainly in Tier 2 companies, and approximately 10 years of experience
as Quality Manager. Obed joined Hexpol in May 2014 as Quality Manager.
What Obed likes the most about Hexpol is the work environment, all the learning opportunities, as well as
being part of a large and successful company. Obed enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, enjoys
being at home with them, as well as going for a walk and going to the movies.
