2. Please join us in welcoming Elizabeth White to the
HEXPOL Compounding - Kennedale Team. She will be
taking on the role of Quality Manager. Elizabeth
comes to us with a strong background implementing
and improving ISO based quality management
systems. In her previous careers Elizabeth worked in
Oil & Gas and Aerospace. She has been a certified
lead auditor in both ISO and Malcom Baldrige based
systems and been a 6Sigma green belt. Elizabeth is
familiar with multiple toolkits including but not
limited to 6Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, 8D and 6S.

3. Please join us in welcoming Mark Melendez to the
HEXPOL Compounding - Kennedale Team. He will be
taking on the role of Logistics Supervisor. After
finishing college, he entered the architectural
coatings industry where he worked for two years as
an assistant manager for Kwal Paint, and Sherwin
Williams. For the last three years, he spent time in
the industrial coatings industry where he worked
with industrial paint and epoxies at Jones-Blair and
Hempel as an assistant manager.

4. We are pleased to announce that Steven M. Mizner
has been promoted to the position of Traffic
Coordinator at HEXPOL Compounding, Burton
Rubber Processing, OH, reporting directly to
Shannan Penn, Customer Service Manager. Steve
will be arranging the shipments with the common
carriers, preparing the bills of lading for the
shipments, and responding to customer or internal
inquiries for the status of shipments.
Steve began his career at Burton Rubber in October,
2001, and worked in various positions in production
before moving to the QC Lab Technician in 2010. For
the past four years he has worked as the
Barwell/Gear Pump Operator.

5. We are pleased to announce that Richard M.
McAdams has been promoted to the position of
Field Technical Service Representative, at HEXPOL
Compounding, Burton Rubber Processing, OH,
reporting directly to Joel Karczewski, Technical
Manager. Rick will be providing technical support to
customers, operations and sales, as well as
developing permanent solutions to internal
compound issues.
Rick most recently served as Process Technician in
the Quality Department. He began his career at the
Burton campus in November, 1996, and has been
promoted to numerous positions throughout his 21
years of employment. Rick started in Production,
advanced to the QC Lab, and later to the
Development Lab. He also worked in Shipping,
Traffic and Compounding before moving to the
Rework Technician position that he has occupied
since 2012. His solid experience with working with
Manufacturing, Quality Control and Development on
quality, efficiency and productivity issues make him a
great fit for the expanded responsibilities of the Field
Technical Service Representative.

6. We are pleased to announce the promotion of
Constantino Montero, who will be working as
Maintenance Manager at HEXPOL in Querétaro. He
has been working in the industry for more than 30
years in many different maintenance areas.
Constantino joined HEXPOL in October 2000 in the
position of Maintenance Technician, later after 10
years he was promoted to the post of Maintenance
Coordinator, and now 7 years later he is promoted as
Maintenance Manager.

Constantino Montero, quien se encontrará
desempeñándose en el puesto de Gerente de
Mantenimiento. Constantino es Técnico en
Electrónica en el CEBETIS Querétaro, tiene
más de 30 años laborando en la industria en
diversas áreas de mantenimiento. Constantino
ingresó a Hexpol en Octubre del año 2000 en el
puesto de Técnico de Mantenimiento,
posteriormente después de 10 años fue
promovido al puesto de Coordinador de
Mantenimiento, y ahora 7 años después es
promovido como Gerente de Mantenimiento.

7. We are pleased to announce the promotion of Oliver
Magallanes, who will be in the position of
Maintenance Coordinator at HEXPOL in Querétaro.
Oliver joined HEXPOL as a Maintenance Technician,
and due to his great effort and performance he has
been promoted to the position of Maintenance
Coordinator.

Mayo de 2015 ingresó a Hexpol como Técnico de
Mantenimiento, y debido a su gran esfuerzo y
desempeño ha sido promovido al puesto de
Coordinador de Mantenimiento.
