Luke A. Webel has rejoined HEXPOL Compounding on
Tuesday, September 5, 2017, as a Co-Op Trainee in
Research and Development at the Burton campus,
reporting directly to Lynn McIntyre, Materials and
Analytical Services Manager. This will be Luke’s second
assignment and he will be providing support in the
Development Lab and Technical Services in areas of
problem solving, development and raw material
characterization, plus working on Development projects.
Luke is happy to be back and is looking forward to
contributing to the HEXPOL technical team as he continues
his challenging learning experience.

Nicolas Lugo has returned to the HEXPOL Silicone
campus on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, bringing his
past expertise in silicone rubber to Mogadore. He will
be spending the Fall Semester working to expedite
several development projects for this campus.
Nick has previously had Co-op assignments at Burton
Rubber, Mogadore, and most recently a 9 month stint at
the Statesville, NC facility.
Nick is looking forward to working with George and
continuing to learn as much as he can about silicone
rubber. Please join us in welcoming Nicolas back to
HEXPOL Silicone and offer him your cooperation and
support as he trains in his new responsibilities.

We are pleased to announce that effective September
1st Nohemi de Lara will be the Human Resources
Manager of HEXPOL Aguascalientes. Nohemi began
her career at HEXPOL in 2013 as Human Resources
Coordinator where she had an outstanding
performance that led her to achieve important
objectives within the company. She studied Human
Resources Management in the University of
Aguascalientes, and she has now more than 10 years
of experience in the HR area.

Aguascalientes. Nohemí comenzó su carrera en
HEXPOL en el 2013 como coordinadora de recursos
humanos, llevando a cabo un extraordinario trabajo
que la llevo a conseguir importantes objetivos en la
compañía.

On September 5th Stanton Hornsby joined the
Jonesborough, TN team as a Process Engineer
reporting to Bryan Ball. Stanton was a 2016 HEXPOL
Co-Op and recently graduated from Tennessee Tech
University with a Master’s Degree in Chemical
Engineering.
Stanton is very excited for this opportunity to join the
HEXPOL family and help make the company better in
any way he can.

We are pleased to announce that Leslie Santillan
Elizondo has accepted the position of Purchasing
Manager as of September 1st. Leslie started her
career at HEXPOL Aguascalientes in 2010 as
Warehouse Coordinator and then she became part
of Customer Service and Logistics and in 2014 she
was promoted as Purchasing Coordinator thanks to
her dedication. What she likes the most about
HEXPOL is that it is a company where every day is a
new challenge and thanks to teamwork she has
been able to overcome them successfully.

ha aceptado el puesto de Gerente de Compras
efectivo a partir de 01 de Septiembre. Leslie
comenzó su carrera en HEXPOL Aguascalientes en el
año 2010 como coordinadora de almacén, para
después ser parte de atención a clientes y logística y
en el año 2014 gracias a su dedicación fue
promovida como Coordinador de compras. Lo que
más le gusta de HEXPOL es que es una empresa
donde cada día es un nuevo reto y gracias al trabajo
en equipo ha podido superarlos satisfactoriamente.
