I worked as a canine counselor for seven years maintaining the health and happiness
for dogs in the community by way of exercise, companionship and janitorial duties. I
went through a six-month apprenticeship program in canine coaching, learning
valuable communication techniques with both clients and their dogs. I took that
knowledge back into my counselor duties and was shortly after promoted to
management.
My daily duties now include, but are not limited to; Answering multiple phone calls
and assisting current clients in scheduling appointments or answering questions as
well as assisting future clients by offering knowledge of services provided. Grant
interviews for prospective employees, educate current staff on their key roles in the
business, conduct monthly meetings for current staff in my department, participate in
