FFCRA FFCRA Qualified Paid Sick Leave (COVID-19 related) • Eligibility: 1) Subject to quarantine / isolation order 2) Advised by Health Care Provider 3) Experiencing COVID-19 symptoms 4) Caring for an individual from #1 or #2 above 5) Caring for a child whose school is closed 6) Experiencing ‘substantially-similar’ condition specified by Secretary of Health & Human Services

FFCRA Duration of Leave • Reasons 1-4 and 6 • Full Time – eligible for 80 hours • Part Time – eligible for average over a two-week period • Reason 5 • Full Time – Up to 12 weeks of leave @ 40 hrs / wk • Part Time - Up to 12 weeks of leave @ number of hours normally scheduled • First two weeks paid sick leave • Up to 10 weeks of paid expanded Family / Medical Leave • Paid at 2/3’s rate
