As we Know, Lord Curzon introduced
some administrative restructuring of the
university education by appointing a
University Education Commission in
1902. Still, the problems related with
university education in India were not
solved. This and some other All
circumstances caused for the the
formation of the second university
commission. i.e., Calcutta University
Commission, 1917.
