This document provides a rubric to assess advertisements created as part of a project-based learning activity for English in secondary school. The rubric evaluates advertisements based on four criteria: content and design of the advert; comprehension of the product; creativity; and design and layout. Each criteria is scored on a scale from excellent to needs improvement based on descriptors of the level of relevant information, comprehension, original elements, attractiveness and use of required elements in the design.
