Human Resources Director M/W Moscow
Profile:
- The successful candidate has 3-4 years background in an international retail,
industry, logistic company as Deputy HR Director/HR Director/Senior HR
Partner positions & 3-4 years experience in HR - team management,
- Strong experience and achievements in Compensation &Benefits , HR
Administration, , Training and Development, Recruiting is a must.
- Proven successful experience in initialization and realization HR
optimization projects,
- Strongly business oriented approach,
- Experience with Trade Unions is a plus,
- Ambitious and readiness for extensive professional development with the
actively growing business,
- Fluency in English and Russian is obligatory,
- Mobility for travelling to production side.
Responsibilities:
 Delivering HR support to the business and ensuring HR delivery is in fully aligned
to business goals, “managing in front of business” ;
 Managing complex HR projects cross-functionally, taking active part in a new green
field platform set-up;
 Collaborating with the business for the creation a high performance culture by
implementing team and organization design solutions,
 Active participating current business integration processes.

Rapidly and strongly developing its activities the company is searching for: Human Resources Director M/W Moscow Profile: - The successful candidate has 3-4 years background in an international retail, industry, logistic company as Deputy HR Director/HR Director/Senior HR Partner positions & 3-4 years experience in HR - team management, - Strong experience and achievements in Compensation &Benefits , HR Administration, , Training and Development, Recruiting is a must. - Proven successful experience in initialization and realization HR optimization projects, - Strongly business oriented approach, - Experience with Trade Unions is a plus, - Ambitious and readiness for extensive professional development with the actively growing business, - Fluency in English and Russian is obligatory, - Mobility for travelling to production side.
