Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

Summary
“In my experience of Anna in her role at Qlik she ensured that we as company
remained focused on sustaining our culture and developing our people…. through her
strong leadership and commitment within the senior leadership team as well as her
own HR group……supporting the business in accelerating performance.” Sean
Farrington, MD UKI & RVP Northern Region, Qlik.
My strength is my business sense, in developing leaders and organizations in fast
growing and changing environments. I am target- and result oriented, clear in
communication, with a strong drive and ability to prioritize, enabling leaders to be
successful with both business and people. My cultural experience and language skills
are additional assets. I have leadership experience and have lived in several countries.
I have worked in start-ups and expansion, at SAS in the 1980s and IKEA in the 90s,
taken the business analysis company Qlik to Nasdaq 2010, and supporting a change of
business model at Yves Rocher Nordics as well as now in Mundipharma Nordics.
Professional Experience
2016 – Head of HR Nordics, Mundipharma and Norpharma
Purdue/Mundipharma/Napp, is a privately owned network of independent associated
companies with more than 8,000 employees. We bring new medicines to the market to
improve the quality of patients’ lives all over the world. As Head of HR Nordics, I am part
of the Nordic Leadership Team, leading the transformation of business and culture in
four Nordic IACs, to an asset-led business model requiring a change of structure, mind
set and ways of working. Focus is on ensuring the right leaders in the right place, and
communicating clear direction while enabling our people to be successful, accountable
and recognized. Promoting growth in both new assets and people.
2011 - 2016 HR Director Nordics, Yves Rocher Nordics, Helsingborg
Yves Rocher, Botanical Beauty from 1959 is a French family owned company with
headquarters in Paris. Reporting to the CEO, and the HR Matrix Manager, YR Northern
Europe. Part of the Nordic management team, with two direct reports. Head of HR for
220 employees in Sweden and Finland.
2. CV Anna Kjellberg 2017 p. 2(4)
In repositioning Yves Rocher Nordics from being a top mail order company in the Nordic
countries to a retail business with a younger target group, my contribution was to
implement a model of “hitting the gas and brakes at the same time”, making necessary
cuts through restructure in both Sweden and Finland, while investing in internal
communication, employee involvement in smarter ways of working, as well as talent and
competence development. I introduced performance management with individual
objectives linked to the business plan, for all employees.
Employee surveys showed that 85% felt that Yves Rocher was a Great Place to Work,
even during times of change, voluntary turn over below 5%, sick leave under 3%.
2008 - 2011 VP Global HR and People Development, Qlik, Lund and Madrid
Reported to the CEO. I was matrix manager and had six direct reports. I defined and ran
the company’s HR and ”People Development” strategy prior to listing on Nasdaq, as well
as for the continued expansion.
Great emphasis was given to building a company culture through strong core values, as
well as communicating the vision and business targets. This was done through training
all new employees at QlikAcademy in Lund, through The Green House Leadership
Program, annual events for all employees and our newsletter ONE. The fact that the
culture was so strong contributed to an increased value of the opening stock, when
evaluated by Morgan Stanley.
I built an HR organization with HR managers in seven regions and a global team that
served 850 employees in 33 countries. I helped draw up policies, processes and
systems optimized for a fast-growing global company.
2005 - 2008 Director QlikAcademy and Coordinator Global HR, Qlik, Lund
Reported to the CEO. I established and ran QlikAcademy, QlikTech´s “signature
experience”, an international introduction program in which all employees come to Lund
to learn about the company. I also developed and implemented a Partner Academy, was
responsible for QlikView product training/certification, and as the coordinator for the
international HR group I created a common platform for HR.
1998 - 2003 Mgr Personnel Development , IKEASpain & Portugal, Madrid
Reported to the HR Director. I was Training Manager for the opening of the second IKEA
store in Madrid, where I ran the on-boarding program for all 500 employees. As Manager
Personnel Development for IKEA Spain and Portugal I was responsible for training
programs for both existing and new stores. I coordinated external trainees for the new
stores and ran the first regional leadership program.

for SAS International Hotels (SIH) during the first years of strong expansion in Europe.
For nearly two years I worked as Director of Training, first at the HQ in Oslo and then in
Brussels. I worked on hotel openings, developed new training manuals and established
management training programs.
During my time at SIH I also worked for the marketing department. I was responsible for
the company’s staff magazine Hot Line and part of the internal marketing team that
launched new business concepts.
In January 1991 I became Director Management Development for the SAS Group. I was
responsible for a project to develop a common database and policies and processes for
internal recruitment of the 300 top managers within the SAS Group. I headed the work
for one year in cooperation with the SAS companies’ respective HR directors, with
support from SAS group management.
