Project Overview
New facilities constructed in Zubair oil field to increase the oil production capacities by an
additional 300,000 BOPD it was planned to be achieved by installing six(6) new production
trains and at 3 new initial production facilities(IPF’s) with each train sized to process about
50,000 BOPD of stabilized crude oil to the export pipelines, plus the export of the associated gas
and treated produced water.
 Actively participated in QA/QC, site survey, engineering, maintenance, Installation, testing
electrical and instrument equipment’s for Zubair oil field Iraq.
 Adept in adapting and implementing stage-by-stage Quality Monitoring System to ensure
adherence to technical specifications and quality manual & standards
