11/13-Current Allied Group – Sales Assistant
Daily customer interaction including answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and
handling most aspects of the sales process. Effectively and efficiently use system software for the managing
and building of quotes and sales orders. Assist the sales reps in any and all of their daily tasks. Handle
document requests as well as RGAs. Keep up with inventory and deadlines as well as branch transfers. Use of
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. General office duties including; filing, copying, faxing, and keeping up
with office supplies.
9/13-11/13 Hager Cycle World-InternetManager
Create and manage all of our inventory postingson company website,craigslistandothersocialmedia. Handle
our promotionaleventsboth locally and on social media. Analyzeour gross profiton our clearanceunits.
Keep up with and analyze our leads. Assist sales in customer inquiries, Distribute leads to the sales
personnel. Set appointments for sales personnel.

Greet customers, qualify them, demonstrate the vehicle, fill out all paper work, offer the leasing option and
come to agreeable terms. Complete the sales process including following up with the customer and offer
referral bonus. Call service leads and follow up with no sale customers.
