“Fight The Power! People & Protest”
Are people naturally resistant to authority? Do people have a natural sense of justice and fairness? Ordinary people sometimes take extraordinary steps to challenge the status quo and have their voices heard. Protests like the Occupy movement, ‘Anonymous’, and the Arab Spring have been ‘in the news’ a great deal recently, but how much do you know about what these protests are about? This interactive session starts with the notion of personal protest, and ends with the ‘big picture’ of global protest. Come and find out your own ‘justice motive’!

This presentation aims to identify and evaluate how psychological factors influence voting behaviour and refers to psychological theory when discussing how Ireland's future performances could be improved.

He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

3. Road rage
Road rage is aggressive or angry behavior by a driver of
an automobile or other road vehicle. Such behavior might
include rude gestures, verbal insults, deliberately driving
in an unsafe or threatening manner, or making threats.
Road rage can lead to fight, attack, that result in injuries
and even deaths. It can be thought of as an extreme case
of aggressive driving.
The are following reasons of road rage:
oGenerally aggressive driving, including sudden
acceleration, braking, and close tailgating
oCutting others off in a lane.
4. •Chasing other motorists
•Flashing lights and/or sounding the horn

6. ART
Art is a diverse range of human activities and the
products of those activities; this article focuses
primarily on the visual arts, which includes the
creation of images or objects in fields including
painting, sculpture, printmaking, photography, and
other visual media. Architecture is often included as
one of the visual arts; however, like the decorative
arts, it involves the creation of objects where the
practical considerations of use are essential—in a
way that they usually are not in a painting, for
example. Music, theatre, film, dance, and
other performing arts, as well as literature and
other media such as interactive media, are included
in a broader definition of art.
7. Two type of art
1)Non-motivated art
2) Motivated art
8. Non-motivated art
The non-motivated purposes of art are those that
are integral to being human, transcend the
individual, or do not fulfill a specific external
purpose. In this sense, Art, as creativity, is
something humans must do by their very nature
(i.e., no other species creates art), and is therefore
beyond utility.
9. Motivated art
Motivated purposes of art refer to intentional,
conscious actions on the part of the artists or creator.
These may be to bring about political change, to
comment on an aspect of society, to convey a
specific emotion or mood, to address personal
psychology, to illustrate another discipline, to (with
commercial arts) to sell a product, or simply as a
form of communication.
