My name is Ricardo Sanchez, I have an abundance experience and knowledge in the wireless and sales
industry. Which in turn has help me grow in the business workplace. I have held different titles and worked
for many companies in my career. I have learn new skills as well as perfected old ones.
As a sales representative I have develop my sales and customer service skills. I have learn to build rapport
with my clients to really earn the right and recommend the best product or solution for them.
As a Sales Manager I have learn that to be truly successful in management you must develop a custom way
to handle each and every employee. All employees are different and deserve a custom way to be trained,
giving feedback and talk to. I have learn to be a leader not a boss and always lead by example no questions
asked.
I have learn, to keep and maintain a successful team as manager you should always keep the team
motivated. One way is by always giving recognition as well as giving some type of responsibility to show
them that they are need it in this team
As a Brand Ambassador I learn to develop discipline. Not having local management can be a great thing if
you do good with freedom and can stay motivated. I learn to live the brand and connect with every retailer
differently.I also was able to work on my training skills. Being a brand ambassador really gave me the
experience of being my own boss. It was like having my own business it was a great experience.
In conclusion I am a well rounded individual that has a lot to bring to your business. I am a pro-active,
highly-qualified, and self-motivated professional with a history of cultivating and maintaining
win/win relationships.
