through indeed career search. I am presently exploring career opportunities particularly pertaining to
leadership and sales. Throughout my undergraduate courses, I gained experience working with peers,
students, and professors on appropriate leadership practices and of late have been learning the art of sales
through reading and coursework. I have completed an Undergraduate degree in General Studies and
furthermore I am pursuing a graduate degree in Business Administration.
Of particular relevance, with respect to my qualifications for the Sales Associate position, is my work at A&R
Case Management as a Developmental Specialist. I have gained the knowledge of appropriate leadership,
workplace values and ethics, tools for making ethical decisions, the foundation of team development, and
how to deal with complications in communication. Additionally, I learned how to manage performance of
fellow employees and implement new practices. During my time at A&R I have focused on selling our service
to customers and grown our department by one hundred and fifty percent.
I am able to forge excellent working relationships and collaborate with other staff and community agencies
to assure job responsibilities and customer satisfaction is obtained. I believe that with my educational and
professional experiences, as well as my motivation, enthusiasm, empathy and compassion for others, I
