I took over a store which was struggling and with help from the Supergroup, I revitalised the location to achieve
higher takings than the previous year, with improved customer service and efficiency. I had only been with the
company 5 months when I was asked to start to train other Managers on the area and within 10 months I was asked
to cover the Assistant StoreManagers role in the Milton Keynes branch. I assisted in the successful running of the
storeover one of the busiest periods of the year.
Key Achievements:
 Increased the takings of that location on a quarterly target.
 Helped to increase our Mystery shop result from42% - 92% (less then 9 months.)
 Received high levels of customer compliments about myself and my team.
 Successfully turned around a struggle location
 Visited numerous other locations to train Concession mangers in my area and also further afield.
