titles played accurately and with out error, complied with studio
requirements in regards to movie maketing that stemmed from digital
marketing ( trailers played in correct order as per the studios) and accurate
poster placement throughout the lobby of the theatre, auditing theatre
paperwork while identyfing potential causes for error / concern and
alleviateing them, correcting them and holding others accountable
 Ensured all monetary transactions were processed with accuracy

 Performed above and beyond to make certain that guests had an overall
excellent experience that could not be mimicked by competitors
