 Proficient in general office duties. Excellent knowledge of use of general office
appliances and applications.
 Technically proficient with Macs, PCs and general Microsoft Windows-based
programs including Microsoft Office. Excellent internet skills. Typing 45wpm.
 Experience and proficient with Onq software.
 Proficient with reservations and appointment scheduling, sales, and minor
accounting.
 Knowledge of instructional methods and materials.
 Extensive analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication.

Guest Service Agent and Concierge
Accountable for front desk reception area, as well as all other public area operations.
Use Hilton’s OnQ software and Vision key card system. Greet, register and make room
assignments for hotel guests. Provide personal attention to the guests/members to
ensure a pleasant visit for each guest and maintain effective guest relations. Respond
to guest requests for information about hotel services, entertainment and local NJ/NY
attractions. Execute front desk financial transactions, minor accounting and maintain
daily general ledger. Perform daily general cleaning and minor maintenance tasks in the
facility. Stay current on all department information, become well-versed and trained in
its application and train staff accordingly. Take ownership of any guest or staff related
problem and handle accordingly. Keep management informed with all guest, staff and
program issues.
