rural India. We have taken a phenomenal initiative to make information and technology reach all
the nooks and corners of rural India. We have taken up the task of establishing Common Service
Centers(CSCs) that were identified as one of the 4 pillars of the National e-Governance Plan
(NeGP) as envisaged by the Government of India.
Roles and Responsibilities
 Technical support for Financial Inclusion, includes Bank Of Baroda, Central Bank of India,
Bank Of India
 Implementing FI centers in the mandated locations
 Maintaining a relationship with Bank Officials by providing support, information, and
guidance
 Solving technical issues in support with TCS tech team and maintaining the KIOSK centers
active
 Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Carry out on-site
analysis, identification, and resolution of difficult desktop problems for end users
 Supervise complaint ticketing system and follow timely resolution of all work orders using
UCS (UNIFIED COMMUNICATION SYSTEM)
 Assisted end users in utilizing new and existing technology options
 Install, organize, test, maintain, check and troubleshoot end user workstations and
interrelated hardware and software
 Recommend and apply solutions, including on-site repair for remote users
 Created second line support team manual and maintained support SOPs
 Assisted with training events and equipment breakdown response
 Resolved all documents problems in coordination with remedy and help desk teams
