 Acting as technical lead to identify and implement solutions to problems affecting IT services. Providing
support over the telephone, remotely and face to face to clients & internal staff members.
 Providing technical expertise for IT network design, implementation, optimization and upgrade.
 Monitoring LAN/WAN network environment including routers, switches, firewalls, Internet access and
software applications.
 Installation, configuration and maintenance of system network components.
 Troubleshooting and diagnosis to hardware/software network failures, and provided resolutions.
