Responsibility
 Responsible for customer service level for planned product both MTS and MTO.
 Responsible for reducing cycle time of the process by reducing change over, unaccounted and idling.
 Create the culture of GPS (gates production system) through implementing it by best practices.
 Work with project team during new project, for capacity planning, manpower allocation, value stream mapping, and
lean layout for successful start-up of project.
 Undertake cycle time studies, method studies, standardize work technique to improve quality, productivity and
safety.
 Administering the daily activities being carried in the unit and responsible for manpower planning and daily loading
plan for the area.
 Performing production activities using an ERP system named as BIZ and Oracle.
 Creating SOP / WI / Standard Process for the system.
 Leading waste reduction and unit cost improvement program with team.
 Documentation like sop, process standard work and work flow diagram.
 Design and implement productivity improvement programs and systems (e.g. equipment, methods and procedures)

actions through 8D.
 Handling a team of 03 engineers and 03 senior engineers with 120 associates.
 Conducting & regulating process audit & product audit for 100% compliance to specifications/control plan and to
identify new areas for continuous improvement.
