application to Citrix Farms and Server load balancing using F5 Load Balancer software. Monitor
Citrix License Status and Server Health (memory, processor and other errors).
Daily Tasks include; Monitor and take corrective action for Server Backups, to include Symantec
NetBackup, System Recovery, Snapshots and Networker Backup. Monitor Domain Controller
Backup State to ensure all Domain controllers are backup. Ensure that Prism Agent status, used
to install installation packages to servers. Ensure Symantec Endpoint Protection is running on all
server, and take corrective action.
Using LEMMS Patch Manager, ensure that all server have the Patch Agent installed and
communicating to Patch server. Schedule daily and weekend Patches per scheduled times and
dates, Validate scheduled patches.
Monitor VMware 7.5 Host Status, and report any abnormal readings to COE for corrective action.
Review Weekly SQL VMware host are on correct farm, it not schedule with COE on patch date to
be moved to correct farm. Review Weekly VMware Horizon View administrator Console for errors
and take corrective action.
Restore Servers, shares and user folders using Vmware snapshot, NetBackup and Windows
Previous Version. Verify Server Restores, to ensure servers are in Domain and rejoin as needed.
Verify share and user folder restore have missing files and security settings.

from the moment the postscript file are generated by DTI to the moment the image was burned
