troubleshooting. I managed a network made up of 700+ workstations and 800+ users across a WAN

technical issues, including power outages, network outages and system failures.
I established a program of implementing the replacement of all our desktops on a 4-year cycle. By buying
factory refurbished computers with full warranties to reduce repair costs, I was able to show a saving of tens
of thousands of dollars for the company. A further savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars was realized
by purchasing software licenses through a heavily discounted Non Profit software vendor.
