The position was initially to lead a select team from the E&I construction group to provide Commissioning support to the
client pertaining to all electrical functions of the Fairway project. The bulk of my responsibilities have been relegated to
pre-commissioning walk-downs to ensure all aspects of the electrical equipment, buildings and gear are installed within
specifications, code and acceptable construction practices. Responsibilities also included assessing and correcting project
documentation when necessary and submitting the Commissioning As-Builts to project Document Control, researching
documentation on CMT and within the Worley-Parsons intranet network as well as attending and participating in project
coordination meetings

As client representative, it was my duty to oversee the day-to-day E&I construction activities as performed by the
Omega construction teamin direct or indirect association with the contractor, up to, but not limited to:
Ensure that all material and equipment acquired for the THWI project meets or exceeds BP specifications,
Through observation and background, ensure that contractoremployees are performing electrical and
instrumentation installations in a manner consistent with client expectations ,
Thoroughly review all associated and approved project documentation, drawings and/orsketches throughout the
construction process,
Coordinate with project inspectors of other crafts as needed to assess and complete any potential overlapping
inspection procedures,
Communicate, address and/oranswerpotential problems or concerns with construction supervision,
Coordinate construction activities with project vendors and visitors. Ensure procedures are understood and
adhered to with vendors who are actively working on any part of project,
Issue Non-Conformance Reports as necessary to client when any part of expected and agreed contractual
procedures were not in conformance,
Attend weekly project meeting to communicate updates and concerns to project and client representatives or as
often as needed,
Complete and issue daily and weekly status and progress reports with embedded photographs.

the original build to current BP specifications. Ensured all repairs and updates were conducted with the proper material and
done correctly.

BP Mad Dog Rig Repair
BP’s Mad Dog Drilling Equipment Set was lost in the Gulf of Mexico and was being rebuilt in the KOS yard in Ingleside.
DSI was in charge of maintaining the electrical and instrumentation integrity of construction by being the company’s eyes
in the field to ensure proper installation and fabrication. I was predominantly res ponsible for the second shift activities:
Inspections of ongoing work by construction; assess forproper installations by BP specifications, National Electric
Code as well as the various standards organizations
Organized walk-downs with the various disciplines and company representatives to express concerns and needs
for the project
Participate in weekly safety hazard hunts on request
Participate in weekly QA production meetings to air concerns to the project as a whole in order to facilitate an
amicable resolution to ongoing conflicts or issues
Populate punch list and report line items as completed after a thorough inspection
Photograph and otherwise document both progress and concerns used to compile a slideshowto keep the Houston
principles informed as to the overall progress of construction

Cascade-Chinook is an FPSO (Floating Production, Storage & Offloading) vesseljust outside of US waters that was
refurbished in Singapore to be moored in the GOM at Walker Ridge 249. I performed the following activities:
Walk-down inspections of assigned systems using P&ID and Electrical drawings to assess completion and
compliance with regulatory agency’s requirements.
Compile assessments ofthe various systems,mark up drawings as necessary and present findings to
Petrobras on-site engineers
Compilation and presentation of timekeeping and expense reports weekly to the client for reimbursements
and payroll
