calibration status of test equipment utilized for projects, recommending further calibrations as needed.

Pipe Line Station 32 (Cushing, OK), and on Commissioning Team for 50-megawatt gas turbine

SGS North America Inc. – Texas, Florida, et al.: Performed inspections for a wide range of
construction sites.
− Conducted shop-final inspection of MV 85-SWGR-210 27KV 1200 amp Switch Gear for
visual, mechanical, and functional performance at Powell Electrical Systems Inc.
(Houston, TX) for Husky Oil Operations LTD in Alberta, Canada.
− Performed shop-final inspection of 5-ton monorail trolley crane system at Proserv Crane
Group in Irving, TX for United Arab Emirates, ensuring compliance with ASME B30.17,
AWS D 1.14, IEC 60079-14, and NFPA-70 inspection guidelines and standards.
− Inspected and witnessed hydrostatic test and ultrasonic gas / liquid flow meter factory
acceptance testing (FAT) for Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. in Seoul, South Korea.
− Inspected and witnessed FAT and hydrostatic testing on 1, 2 and 3 Stage hydraulic
cylinders and hydraulic power units for Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Indonesia at
Versabuild site in Houston, TX.
− Conducted QC inspections of Eaton Medium Voltage Switch Gear FAT at Eaton Inc. in
Greenwood, SC for Panama Canal expansion.
− Coordinated FAT at Thomas & Betts of 138 KV Splice Kits for Saudi Arabia Grid at NJ test
facility.
− Performed 3rd-party FAT for ExxonMobil Houston/ Indonesia 3 ea. nitrogen gas skids.
− Conducted FAT for 288KV capacitor voltage transformer for ALSTOM Grid Singapore at
Alstom grid facility in Waynesboro, GA.
− Inspected FAT for ACSR cable in Canada at Kinectrics testing facility for Saudi Arabia
grid.
Parsons Brinkerhoff – Taiwan: Served as Electrical Construction Manager for Surveillance
Radar Project (SRP), a 13-month overseas completion assignment in Taiwan. Supported
Construction Site Manager and Field Engineer in maintaining compliance of contractor and sub-
contractors with contractor-management plan, and adherence to safe work practices and
international industry codes and standards. Reported to project management on project
progress, issues, and proposed corrective actions. Conducted quality reviews of contractors in
collaboration with QA/QC representative. Performed visual inspections of construction work for
conformance with drawings and specifications. Assessed inspection, non-compliance, and
maintenance reports. Witnessed Functional testing procedures and instrument calibrations on
SCADA, and signed inspection reports. Assessed and updated red-line drawings to align with
field installations.
− Conducted wide range of inspections on Generator Systems, water treatment system,
including controls, pumps, tanks, and valves.
Bechtel/Wilbros/EIU – David City, NE: Played key role in monitoring quality of Keystone
TransCanada Pipeline as a QA/QC E&I Inspector by performing construction, inspection, and
commissioning activities to evaluate conformance with rules, regulations, and standards
(including OSHA, ANSI, ASME, API, DOT, Trans-Canada, Bechtel, and Wilbros).
− Facilitated and reported results of inspections on various systems, such as cathodic
protection (CP), conduit, cable tray, grounding, motors and controllers, cable systems
(primary, secondary, and instrumentation), transformers, lighting, power, and switch gear.
− Instituted punch list of work to be completed and witnessed various types of tests, such as
Hypots, meggers, and analog / digital instrumentation tests.
