Principal Accountabilities: Support production and operations teams in maintenance activities of the
turnarounds as well as Digestion and Clarification maintenance, ensuring safety, cost and
efficiency of turnarounds are in control.

 Leading the Redside turnarounds (JPU’s, Clarifiers & Washers) and ensuring they meet key

 The team executes priority 1 and 2 notification work that the areas cannot manage, typically urgent

 Ensure all work order back logs and notification backlogs are maintained to a week -1 status.

members are utilising task lists, feeding back updates to the planners with incorrect tasks
 Review and audit PM02 and PM03 SAP work orders to ensure the correct priority work orders are
aligned with the urgency of the equipment identified in the work order.
 Identify ongoing maintenance failures and investigate to improve the reliability of equipment using
the 5 Whys and fishbone diagram to identify the root cause of equipment failures
 Coach maintenance team leaders to lead their teams to a zero harm interdependent culture.

using the information filled in on the reliability tab (SAP) by the tradespeople
