Operations Supervisor/Service Coordinator
Led a multidisciplinary maintenance team consisting of 19 technicians including electrical and mechanical
tradespeople and gas technicians, 5 office/workshop personnel, and 35 subcontractors. Maintained the
company fleet and coordinated technical works for a range of equipment and parts breakdowns/problems
including urgent jobs. Communicated with major clients in relation to parts delays and provided advice on
how to maintain or fix equipment. The multifaceted role also involved process re-engineering,
quoting/estimating, providing technical advice to technicians, staff training/mentoring, preparing condition
reports, negotiating rates and schedules, and managing the entire process of installation of new equipment
from inception to completion.

● Consistently met stringent deadlines for the installation of equipment and resolution of technical issues
for major organisations Woolworths and Coles.
● Reduced costs and contributed to stores meeting budget levels by analysing and re-issuing job
