23.09.2014 ile 02.10.2014 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilen ‘ Çalışana Destek Eğitici Eğitimi ’nin uygulanmasının ikinci Etabı olan, İl Müdürlüklerinde görevli tüm AFAD personeline yönelik gerçekleştirilmesi, çalışan personelin iletişim teknikleri, kriz ve çatışmayı çözme, öfke ile baş etme ve stresli durumlarda kendine yardım, personellerimizin kişisel gelişim, zihinsel gelişim ve sosyal gelişimleri tamamlama konularında bilgi ihtiyacını karşılayarak, çalışanların desteklenmesi ve güçlendirilmesi amacıyla oluşturulan Psikososyal hizmet destekleri bireysel çalışma ortamında ‘Çalışana Destek Eğitimi’ İl Afet Ve Acil Durum Müdürlüğünce başlatılmıştır.
